  • Cut down on the alcohol. Even if it’s one less drink per night, alcohol is a quick way to add extra carbs and calories to your daily intake. Therefore it’s an easy way to take them out!
  • Go for a walk. You don’t need to start going to the gym every day or taking jogs; just be easy on yourself and make time for a walk. It’s also a great way to enjoy some fresh air. If you’re looking to challenge yourself a little more, try hiking!
  • Stock your fridge. Start buying healthier options like carrots and hummus instead of chips. You will find setting yourself up with healthy snacks is a great way to start replacing the chips in your cabinet.
  • Be kind to yourself. Nobody is perfect, and this is only the beginning of your journey. There will be bumps in the road, but you got this! So enjoy yourself and remember that this is just for you, so listen to your body!
